No. On Free and Kenavo+, blobs stay on the Host PC or self-host disk. Kenavo does not bill per-GB there. On Kenavo Cloud, storage is included per seat with a published overage ($0.10-0.15 / GB / month). No opaque surprise bill.
What is Kenavo+ for? expand_more
Soft monetization while you keep hosting yourself: guaranteed Connect Relay, host watchdog, break-glass lock release, a read-only Checkouts board, and a cloud metadata mirror. It is not “buy more seats only.” When the machine can’t stay online, promote to Kenavo Cloud.
When should I promote to Kenavo Cloud? expand_more
When the Host PC can’t stay online (vacations, remote team), you need backups, you hit Free caps (5 shared / 5 seats), or NAT fatigue kills Connect. Promote keeps stable repo IDs: same checkout and changelist loop, no Helix cutover.
Can I migrate from Perforce? expand_more
Yes. Desktop includes guided Perforce migration (analyze, pause/resume, verify). Migration is not aggressively gated behind a paid plan. The wedge is leaving Helix, not taxing the import.
